All Levels Yoga Class is perfect for everyone.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, this class offers a welcoming environment to explore and deepen your practice. With a focus on fundamental poses, breath awareness, and mindfulness, you’ll find the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation. This class will help you improve flexibility, balance, and mental focus. It will enhance your performance, prevent injuries, and promote quicker recovery.

 

Music and yoga have always been a big part of my life. I lived in and travelled through a lot of different countries rich in their traditional music, rituals and yoga practices. It helped me to create a unique approach to facilitating sound bath meditation and teaching yoga classes.

 

Being a teacher comes from within. I felt I was ready to share my love, my passion for yoga and sound therapy and give others the same life changing experience I had.

 

In my yoga classes, I like a slow build up, warming up the joints and muscles, connecting to the breath, gradually developing into more dynamic sequences and finishing with deep relaxation. Throughout my class I cultivate awareness of the breath and alignment. For me teaching yoga is creating a community of likeminded humans.”

Pilates

I’m a Level 4 qualified Pilates instructor with over 7 years’ teaching experience and 12 years of personal practice.

Pilates has transformed my own health — helping me overcome a significant back injury, improving my strength and posture, and reducing stress — and I’m passionate about helping others experience those same benefits.

 

My classes are inclusive, welcoming, and suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced. I offer clear progressions and modifications, so that everyone can work at their own pace and ability. Each session focuses on quality of movement, helping you build core strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence in a safe, supportive space.

 

Whether you’re looking to move more freely, feel stronger, or simply take time for yourself, I’d love to welcome you to class.
